The inviting waters of Wheeler Lake surround Beyonder Getaway Wheeler Lake, nestled on a peninsula and sprinkled with native trees. The campground optimizes its picturesque setting with sites offering breathtaking views of the water, locations directly on the waterfront, and spots nestled among the shade of trees. Boating enthusiasts can easily access the lake for a fun-filled day of fishing, water-skiing, or touring the TVA chain of lakes via the campground's boat ramp. A sandy shore welcomes those looking to swim, while ample space is available for walking, horseback riding, and bird-watching. Visitors can rent kayaks, canoes, jet skis, or bikes (available in both child and adult sizes) to explore the lakeshore or the campground's grounds. The maximum pull-through available is 75 feet.

A great camping experience. Saturdays are for the youngsters. Starting with fishing derby, train ride, small lil minute games, card bingo, hay rides, and then ending the night with a dance party. Lastly they have an amazing swimming pool. Beautiful and VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY

I really like this campground. My wife and I were staying at Oak Creek Campground before this one and we were miserable. So glad we made the move. It's beautiful with full hookups and a private pond to fish in. The Ohio River is right outside my door and no license is required to fish in. I highly recommend this campground.

Great family place! They offer fun activities every weekend. Full size pool, and fishing derbies for Summer fun. Halloween trick or treating, haunted house and hayrides in the fall. Cabins are available to rent. Bring your tent or your rv/camper for year round fun.
